Responsibilities
Own copywriting marketing strategy for biBerk, stewarding the brand tone and voice while ensuring integrated execution across channels.
Build and maintain the content calendar informed by research into search volume, topics of interest, audience insights and our own paid media strategies.
Gather and incorporate information from various sources including key division owners to accurately and effectively write about a topic or product.
Work with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) vendor to ensure on site content is SEO friendly in partnership with SEO/SEM Strategist.
Produce compelling and clear copy for a variety of marketing and advertising channels.
Ability to rework content based on feedback from key division owners.
Demonstrate a core understanding of our customer base, conversion funnels, and growth strategies.

Required
Knowledge of web traffic sources and platforms.
Experience with social media and content marketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
Highly organized self-starter with strong attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to take direction and implement feedback from management.
Ability to prioritize tasks and hold yourself accountable for timely completion of ad hoc requests and recurring tasks.
Self-starter and quick learner with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
BS/BA in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Management, related digital degree, or equivalent working experience.
Preferred
5+ years related copywriting experience preferred.
