Responsibilities
Create compelling, industry-specific content for platforms like FreightWaves, Loadstar, JOC, and similar outlets, establishing thought leadership in freight visibility and container operations.
Craft engaging articles, case studies, white papers, and blog posts highlighting trends in container import/export operations, track-and-trace technology, and data-driven insights.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to translate complex freight data and operational processes into clear, impactful narratives.
Research and analyze container freight trends, identifying innovative opportunities to position the brand as a leader in logistics and supply chain solutions.
Partner with the internal teams to develop customer-focused messaging that simplifies technical concepts and emphasizes value.
Write and edit high-quality, SEO-optimized content that aligns with marketing objectives and drives engagement.
Contribute to building a content strategy that is in line with what is going on in the freight and logistics community.

Required
3+ years of professional writing experience, with a strong portfolio of published content in freight, logistics, or related industries.
In-depth knowledge of ocean freight operations and container logistics.
Proven ability to distill complex data and technical jargon into accessible, engaging content for a consumer audience.
Strong research skills and familiarity with industry platforms, trends, and challenges.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling that informs and inspires.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Preferred
Familiarity with SEO principles, content management systems, and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
