Responsibilities

Be the functional lead for new CSOD system implementations responsible for gathering client’s business and technical requirements, translating those requirements to CSOD system configurations, leading configuration workshops and training sessions, supporting client User Acceptance Testing and system deployment.

Provide consulting services for the implementation of the following CSOD products: Required: Recruiting & Onboarding; Preferred: Learning & Performance

Provide clients with business process consulting in the areas of Human Capital Management, including gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing requirements and current state to propose a future state by aligning client’s requirements to Cornerstone system functionality and workflows.

Provide clients with expert guidance on the features and usage of the products mentioned above.

Act as the lead consultant on a project and be able to implement the product for the client while being the sole consultant on the team.

Execute system configurations and unit testing.

Lead and conduct in-person workshops on configuration and other functional and technical topics for the CSOD HCM suite of products.

Provide clients with product training, demonstrations, and walkthroughs.

Analyze client’s configuration designs and make recommendations for improvements.

Assist the client with user acceptance testing and go-live support.

Identify risks and work with the project team to define and execute mitigation measures.
