Responsibilities

Supporting our Sales and Customer Success teams with contracting major healthcare systems
Manage corporate legal projects
Solve a wide variety of legal challenges associated with a heavily regulated but growing and dynamic company
Collaborate with various levels of leadership, cross-functional teams on a diverse range of issues encompassing SaaS licensing, technology agreements, intellectual property matters, mergers and acquisitions, HIPAA and data privacy regulations, as well as compliance and regulatory policies
Collaborate with leadership, sales, product, and other cross functional teams on various legal matters including: Healthcare technology licensing agreements, Vendor agreements, Intellectual property issues, HIPAA and data privacy regulations, Compliance and regulatory policies

Required

License to practice before a State Bar.
Skills in SaaS and other contract negotiations and have the ability to assess and mitigate legal risk.
Energy and drive to support building an in-house legal function at a growth organization.
Growth and learning oriented mindset; ability to quickly learn and tackle a wide variety of novel challenges, including the ability to solve problems hands-on.

Preferred

5+ years of experience as a technology/healthcare transactions attorney; nice to have is experience in healthtech
Nice to have experience in healthcare, compliance, data privacy, AI, and security
