Responsibilities

Managing litigation: Handling litigation, pre-litigation, and arbitration matters for the Company

Labor and Employment: Working with HR department on labor and employment related legal questions and legal strategies

Developing legal strategies: Working with business leaders to develop and implement legal strategies

Drafting legal documents: Creating, reviewing, and negotiating agreements and other legal documents

Ensuring compliance: Ensuring that business practices comply with laws and regulations

Managing legal risks: Calculating and managing risks in litigation matters and other legal decisions

Advising management: Providing legal advice and guidance to management and other stakeholders

Collaborating with external counsel: Coordinating with outside counsel to ensure they represent the company's best interests

Monitoring legal updates: Keeping up with changes in laws and regulations, especially in the labor and employment context

Managing legal budget: Managing the litigation legal budget
