Responsibilities

Assist with corporate governance matters, including implementing, maintaining and monitoring various corporate governance practices and policies and preparing board minutes and board resolutions.

Ability to support due diligence

Experience with all types of corporate transactions: early stage investments, acquisitions, financing, etc

Support general corporate matters, including international entity management and records management.

Provide comprehensive and practical legal advice as it relates to any legal and business commitments of the Company.

Provide direct assistance to the Corporate Team on various legal issues and projects, as assigned.
