Research applicable law and regulations impacting UKG;

Draft policies, procedures, and techniques to support international business operations;

Provide practical guidance to internal teams and other business stakeholders concerning product compliance related matters;

Support ad hoc projects as required in a variety of legal practice areas to support global business

Required

3-7+ years of legal experience analyzing complex laws and corporate compliance requirements to provide guidance to internal teams, ideally at a Tech/SaaS company

Skilled in drafting and implementing corporate policies and procedures in accordance with applicable law and regulations

Experienced providing practical product compliance guidance to internal product teams and other business stakeholders in a complex, global business environment considered a plus

Exceptional research, writing skills, and the ability to communicate legal concepts to non-legal audiences

Preferred

Experienced providing practical product compliance guidance to internal product teams and other business stakeholders in a complex, global business environment considered a plus

Self-starter able to work in a very fast paced, changing environment with ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities

Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with a variety of levels and audiences

Collaborative and team-oriented, with ability and confidence necessary to work both independently and as part of a group, as well as across multiple functions in a highly matrixed environment

Comfortable supervising and coordinating with outside counsel and consultants in a variety of subject areas

General working knowledge of evolving Artificial Intelligence regulatory landscape considered a plus

General working knowledge of wage and hour laws considered a plus

General working knowledge of FedRAMP and StateRAMP requirements and experience counseling Risk and Security Teams regarding such public-contracting and third-party vendor management requirements considered a plus

Prior experience at a reputable law firm
