Responsibilities
Develop and maintain monthly investor, board, and prospective investor reports, ensuring that all reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with company goals.
Organize and prepare materials for monthly and quarterly board meetings, including creating comprehensive board decks and compiling agenda items.
Participate in all-hands meetings and prepare investor-focused presentations, providing data and insights on key business metrics.
Build and refine financial models to provide insights into operational growth based on existing revenue and forecasting data.
Assist in developing a scalable growth model to guide financial decision-making and support departmental budgeting.
Conduct financial analyses that translate complex data into actionable insights for the team, helping them understand how to align budgets and resources with company objectives.
Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of fundraising activities as we approach our Series A.
Provide analytical support and strategic insights to facilitate discussions with potential investors.
Work closely with various departments to understand team needs, translating them into financial terms and integrating them into financial models.
Offer support to executive leadership by responding to ad hoc requests and assisting with corporate strategy initiatives.

Required
Currently pursuing an MBA with a focus on finance, corporate strategy, or a related field.
Proven at least 3 years of experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Proficiency with tools like Excel and financial modeling software.
Prior experience preparing investor or board reports; ability to communicate financial insights clearly to various stakeholders.
Ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in reporting and data analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate financial concepts for non-financial team members.
Preferred
Exposure to the consumer tech or music tech industry is a bonus.
