Responsibilities
Latitude is seeking corporate transactional attorneys with mergers and acquisitions and private equity experience.
Candidates may work remotely from any location in the United States.
Prior experience working in the corporate practice group of an AmLaw 200 firm is preferred.

Required
4+ years of M&A and private equity experience
Excellent academic credentials
Licensed and in good standing in state of residence
Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Outstanding professional references
Preferred
Prior experience working in the corporate practice group of an AmLaw 200 firm is highly preferred
