Lean Six Sigma certification

Toyota Production Systems (TPS)
10 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or a similar role, with significant experience using LEAN Six Sigma tools
Experience with Toyota Production Systems and understanding TPS culture is highly desirable
LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required
Proven leadership experience is required
Strong analytical and problem-solving experience resulting in practical and sustainable solutions is required
Must have demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field [preferably mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering]
Preferred
Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP a Plus) and Shop Floor Control systems (MES preferred)
A Master’s degree is preferred.
