Responsibilities

Tracking contracts and other legal documents from early negotiation stages through to termination

Recording contractual obligations in various internal systems

Coordinating with our legal, business development, operations and accounts receivable teams to ensure records are accurately recorded and updated

Drafting various documents

Providing support to MaxMind’s internal legal team on a variety of matters as they arise.

Paralegal experienceContract managementData privacy laws

Required

Four years working experience as a paralegal supporting a company’s legal department or a law firm working on corporate matters

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage workflow

Ability to read and understand standard contract provisions. (Some general knowledge of data privacy laws is a plus but not required)

Ability to work confidently and to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, legal professionals and non-legal professionals

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
