Responsibilities
Provides legal assistance to company attorneys and members of the compliance team
Manages pre-and post-execution contract processes including reviewing, tracking, and preparing documentation
Handles capitalization table management and assists with legal research
Supports onboarding of a new contract management system and maintains legal document files
Prepares presentations, manages legal entity state compliance, and handles correspondence
Ensures confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive legal information
Demonstrates strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
Collaborates effectively in a team environment and independently completes assigned tasks

Required
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as paralegal studies, legal studies, or business law; paralegal certification a plus
Minimum two years of experience as a paralegal or a legal assistant
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Working knowledge of legal terminology and legal writing
