Responsibilities
Implement legal and compliance-related policies and procedures
Draft and manage various business entity filings for corporate entities
Prepare legal contracts, correspondence, and other documents
Organize and maintain legal resources and Sharepoint portal materials
Review and modify contract forms and maintain purchase orders and invoicing

Required
7+ years of corporate legal experience
Paralegal certificate or advanced legal training preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred
Experience with ethics and compliance programs
Familiarity with legal research and analysis
Strong desire for learning and self-motivation
