Responsibilities

Manage the development and execution preventive maintenance (PM) processes to support a standardized network focused on increasing operational reliability

Manage CAPEX process to support Blow Molding operations

Spearhead recommendations for capital improvements within the plant, aiming for enhanced safety conditions, improved product quality, increased efficiency, and reduced operational costs

Orchestrate the blow mold operation, ensuring seamless workflow and optimizing the utilization of personnel, skills, machines, and facilities; direct and expedite machine repairs while addressing any hindrances to production procedures

Take ownership of the maintenance, repair, installation, and enhancement of both blow mold and downstream machinery and support systems

Lead the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of low and high voltage [single/3 phase] industrial electrical and control systems for blow mold equipment

Resolve operational, manufacturing, and delivery problems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency
