Responsibilities
Source resumes through job boards, internet, social media, referrals, etc.
Grow an active network of candidates using a variety of recruitment practices
Prescreen talent and partner with Client Managers on open requisitions
Manage talent and update files to maintain database integrity within Bullhorn (ATS)
Manage a heavy calendar of group and individual interviews to build bench strength
Partner with Marketing Department on job postings and creative social media

Required
2+ years of recruitment related experience
Experience with an ATS (applicant tracking system) highly desirable
Positive attitude, ability to see positive in any situation
Open to feedback and receptive to change
Friendly and outgoing personality
Strong and clear writing skills
True team player
Passion for making true and valued connections with candidates, clients, and co-workers
Interest in Recruitment
Preferred
