Responsibilities
Recruits, interviews and recommends placement of candidates from both internal and external sources.
Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs.
Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates.
Extends offers to selected candidates and may arrange for relocation.
Stays informed of developments in wages and salaries, employee benefits and general human resource policies.

Required
High School Diploma or GED- Education verification not required.
1 year customer service experience in a health care or health insurance environment.
Experience evaluating customer situations, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions.
Data entry and/or typing experience.
Interpersonal, analytical, organizational and independent decision making skills.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
At least 2 yrs full cycle recruitment experience
Full cycle recruitment experience required
Preferred
4 yr degree preferred
The ATS preference is workday but not required
