Responsibilities

Assists in sourcing potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networking platforms, and referrals.
Maintains communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, interview details, and feedback.
Assists in promoting the organization's employer brand to potential candidates, highlighting its culture, values, and career opportunities.
Contributes to building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Updates and maintains candidate data in the CRM platform.
Proactively supports positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, responding to candidate inquiries and providing timely feedback.
Proactively supports tracking and maintaining recruitment data, such as candidate pipelines, sourcing metrics, and time-to-fill, to provide insights for talent acquisition strategies.
Works closely with the talent acquisition team, HR colleagues, and hiring managers to support recruitment efforts.
Performs any other related task as required.

Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience in Human Resources or recruiting required.
Experience executing and delivering effective recruiting tactics and best practices to source, attract, screen, recruit, and select quality candidate for key positions.
3-5 years recruiting experience handling a 25/30 requisition load a month.
Experience in the following: search engines, building talent pipelines, driving sourcing tactics, candidate generation and experience, and delighting customers.
Developing understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Developing knowledge of relevant labor laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines related to talent acquisition and candidate selection.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software to manage candidate data and streamline workflows effectively.
Ability to stay updated on talent market trends, industry insights, and best practices to inform talent acquisition strategies.
Ability to source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Excellent communication skills to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members professionally and effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and external partners.
Utilizing talent analytics and recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and make data driven decisions.
Ability to adjust and adapt talent acquisition strategies to meet evolving business needs and market conditions.
Works collaboratively with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and recruitment needs.
A focus on achieving measurable results and driving continuous improvement in talent acquisition outcomes.
Open to new ideas and embracing innovative recruitment practices and technologies.
Must possess a current, valid state-issued driver’s license.
Perform work from a remote location with stable internet connection.

Close visual work on a computer terminal.
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.
