Responsibilities
Processing all tax mail including scanning and logging tax correspondence, mailing items
Preparing tax payment requests and processing tax refunds
Assisting with procurement functions such as opening purchase orders, initiating requests for proposals
Assisting with monthly tax compliance tasks such as pulling reports or invoices out of online databases
Assisting the tax team by calling taxing authorities when notices are received to obtain more information

Required
2 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree
Demonstrated ability to manage tight deadlines and communicate
Excellent understanding of Excel and Microsoft suite (including Pivot Tables, VLookups, etc.)
Ability to work independently and while balancing several projects and processes
Ability to work with a high level of accuracy in an ever-changing environment
