General corporate and transactional experience in a law firm setting, including experience with mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, joint ventures, and drafting and negotiating transaction documents.

Performing due diligence investigations and handling other requirements through closing.

Superior academic credentials and excellent writing and interpersonal skills.

Minimum of 7-12 years of experience in corporate and transactional practice.

Self-starters capable of interfacing directly with clients, performing due diligence investigations and handling other requirements through closing.
