Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complex business rule applications using Progress Corticon.
Seamlessly integrate business rules solutions with existing enterprise applications and data sources.
Work closely with systems architects and developers to ensure full system integration.
Meet regularly with the project team for stand-ups, approvals, and design updates.
Conduct thorough testing of business rules to ensure compliance with specifications and performance expectations.
Manage the deployment of Corticon solutions across various environments.
Create detailed documentation for rule models, including technical specifications and user manuals.
Provide expert problem-solving and troubleshooting support for rule engine issues.
Recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness and provide ongoing support to meet changing business needs.

Required
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Progress Corticon.
Proficient in Progress Corticon rule modeling and deployment.
Strong understanding of SQL and database technologies.
Experience with Java and/or .NET frameworks.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze and interpret business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and manage tasks.
Self-motivation and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Knowledge of the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and system design.
Versatility in programming languages and familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
