Responsibilities
Assist the Project Managers and Construction Coordinators in controlling and monitoring overall project cost and schedule performance
Reporting the project’s progress as it relates to the approved scope baseline
Developing and implementing project control strategies and plan to monitor progress, costs, and schedules on specific assigned projects
Handling a dozen or so projects ranging from 20 mill to 500 mill

Required
Advanced working knowledge of SAP project management reports for actual and committed spending
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for cost model management and reporting graphs
Advanced working knowledge of Primavera P6 for schedule management
Knowledge of AACE cost management best practices
