Responsibilities
Analyzing data from various systems to generate reports that improve profitability and margins.
Creating and maintaining operational dashboards to provide real-time insights.
Ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls across all financial processes.
Defining processes for product cost estimation, researching variances, and implementing cost accounting policies.
Developing financial models to support strategic decision-making.
Assisting the accounting team with budgeting and forecasting.
Performing product and plant cost analysis to optimize operations.
Manage and track outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate records.

Required
3+ years of experience as a Cost Analyst, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.
A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
Strong financial acumen with analytical skills and knowledge of manufacturing costing principles.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage reporting requirements from multiple data sources.
Proficiency in Excel with advanced analytical skills (lookups, pivots, data handling).
Experience with ERP and accounting software.
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (due to federal requirements).
