Responsibilities

Performs detailed variance analysis and creates monthly report packages for assigned projects.

Supports project economic modeling and Capital Value Process deliverables.

Reviews cost data, performs monthly variance analysis, and provides feedback to project teams.

Supports AFE development and economic modeling.

Implements standardized project control best practices.

Performs ad hoc reporting and assignments.

Performs other duties as assigned, not exceeding 5% of total duties.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related business administration.

3+ years of experience in a comparable financial role working and developing project forecasts & tracking budgets.

Experience in a comparable financial role analyzing data for decision-making purposes.

Skills with Excel and financial modeling.

Mathematical and analytical skills with problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a diverse audience.

Project management skills and attention to detail.

Ability and drive to advance an issue or problem for identification through resolution.

Knowledge of project finance and project cost management.

Knowledge of project schedule concepts.

Ability to summarize complex data into logical presentations.

Must be able to travel up to 20%.

Preferred

Experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1 Cognos).

Certified Public Accountant (CFA, CPA, CMA, etc.)

Project Management Professional (PMP)
