Responsibilities

Use extensive contracting and pricing experience to provide counsel on technical issues and advice on specific circumstances.

Assist Contracting Officers in determining cost objectives based on sound pricing principles.

Act as the primary cost/price analyst on complex contracting issues.

Serve on teams to deal with specific pricing issues when required.

Review and evaluate contract price proposals for adequacy and compliance with regulations.

Conduct analytical evaluation of proposals to determine reasonableness, accuracy, and completeness.

Manage significant and complex agency acquisitions.

Evaluate technical, audit reports, and legal opinions to determine cost elements or justified exceptions.

Supervisory responsibilities including hiring, onboarding, performance assessments, and managing tasking.

Work independently on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of a program.

Required

10 years of relevant DoD/IC or relevant industry work experience with no less than 2 years of experience in an SAP and/or SCI environment with at least 1 year of that total being within the past 5 years.

Master of Art/Master of Science/Master of Engineering (MA/MS/ME) degree required

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Proficient in classified accounting systems; Momentum preferred

Active TS/SCI clearance

Active and valid driver's license
