Responsibilities
Design & Facilitate Coaching Programs: Plan, design, and deliver group leadership coaching programs and problem-solving roundtables for product leadership teams.
Trusted Advisory: Serve as a strategic advisor to CPOs, providing personalized support, insight, and strategies to help lead their direct report and senior leadership team through change and challenges.
Facilitate Focused Dialogue: Engage strong-opinionated product leaders, ensuring productive discussions and keeping them focused on actionable outcomes.
Leadership Development: Guide product leaders in identifying challenges, developing solutions, and building leadership skills that align with company goals.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with the CEO, internal team, and partner CPOs to align program content and coaching objectives with organizational needs.

Required
Former Chief Product Officer (CPO) or equivalent executive role in a large, complex organization.
Certified Coach (ICF or equivalent) is highly preferred.
Proven experience facilitating group coaching sessions, workshops, or roundtables for executive teams.
Deep understanding of the challenges and dynamics faced by modern product leadership teams.
Ability to analyze organizational challenges and offer insightful, strategic guidance.
Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills to engage and influence high-performing leaders.
Ability to build rapport, create psychological safety, and foster trust with product leaders and executives.
