Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of Infor CPQ solutions, customizing features to align with business requirements.
Develop and execute CPQ configuration, pricing, and quoting strategies.
Integrate Infor CPQ with Salesforce CRM, LN ERP systems, or other CRM platforms to ensure seamless data flow and business process automation.
Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis to tailor solutions to specific business needs.
Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and provide effective CPQ solutions.
Train and support end-users and administrators to ensure smooth adoption of the Infor CPQ solution.
Troubleshoot technical issues, providing resolution and ongoing support for CPQ solutions.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience implementing Infor CPQ, preferably in a consulting or solution architect capacity.
Hands-on experience integrating Infor CPQ with LN ERP and Salesforce CRM or other CRM systems.
Strong understanding of configure-to-order and engineer-to-order business models.
Proficient in business process mapping and technical solution design.
Ability to lead projects from concept to completion while managing deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude toward identifying solutions.
