Responsibilities
Develop creative solutions and skillfully produce work across a variety of platforms and mediums (video, still, OOH, print, social, activations - experiential, influencer, etc.) that meet and surpass client goals
Be a part of the creative process from ideation to the final product, ensuring quality and style meet both our standards, and the client’s strategies and objectives. Be willing to jump in, roll up your sleeves, and work across all levels of the campaign
Collaborate and partner with cross-department teams (Producers, Designers, and Strategy account) to develop and craft the final deliverables
Strategically push the creative integrity of all campaigns and deliverables and steer teams' conceptual thinking

Required
Bilingual (ES/EN)
Must have experience with Hispanic marketing (ensure you have samples in your portfolio)
Must have a deep understanding of Hispanic/Latino culture and speak Spanish fluently
4+ years of experience in the creative advertising industry
Employment Type: W2 only, located in the US
