Responsibilities
Develop creative vision and strategy that supports event initiatives, priorities, and objectives.
Develop original programming angles based on data to drive project performance.
Partner and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and external agency partners, to launch successful event programs and content experiences.
Supervise project workflow, assign project resources, monitor deadlines and budgets.
Oversee project work across event programs, leading creative excellence across all media, and driving creative innovation.
Lead on-set and off-set creative direction for select live broadcast programming experiences.
Provides strategic and holistic creative thinking about event and content experiences.
Lead creative work across the entire customer/audience journey.
Leverage data, metrics, and research to create dynamic creative strategies and programming.

Required
5+ years experience in a creative field, overseeing project work across creative programs, leading creative excellence across branding, environmental and experiential design, digital/web, broadcast media, both large- and small-scale keynote/content delivery, and writing.
4 + years experience leading the creative direction on set for live experiences and events (directing talent/crew during filming, stakeholder management, overseeing the completion of storyboards/scripts and ensuring the planned vision for content is brought to life).
4+ years’ experience working with global brands, developing and executing go-to-market creative strategies for product launches, brand moments, and multi-platform experiential marketing campaigns, in both domestic and international markets.
4+ years experience in entertainment based script analysis, working with professional camera crews for a live broadcast experience in the corporate arena.
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Liberal Arts, Performing Arts, or related field AND 10+ years experience in a creative field, overseeing project work across creative programs, leading creative excellence across branding, environmental and experiential design, digital/web, broadcast media, both large- and small-scale keynote/content delivery, and writing.
8+ years marketing experience in a large multinational organization or creative/media agency.
Experience working successfully cross functionally.
Experience in supervising project workflows, assigning project resources, monitoring deadlines and budgets.
Experience in developing original content programming angles based on data and research insights to drive project performance.
