Responsibilities

Provide creative leadership including copy and design direction to the in-house creative team and external agency partners / freelancers.

Guide concept creation and set the creative direction in alignment with the business strategy.

Support the marketing team and peers in the sales and customer experience teams to communicate the Omada brand and product value propositions.

Develop creative guidelines and manage budgets effectively.

Present creative concepts convincingly to all parties and ensure high standards of creative output.

Lead and develop the creative team to deliver on goals and drive business results.

Ensure all creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand.

Champion new, innovative ideas and lead strategy for website optimization.

Manage OmadaHealth.com website and lead multiple projects from conception to completion.

Required

Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of industry experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences, both agency and in-house teams developing customer centric creative.

12+ years of experience in leading creative teams - design & copy across print and digital mediums including websites.

Deep experience building strong brands with differentiating creative in the market.

Breadth of a portfolio demonstrating experience in developing memorable creative that distills complex concepts for multiple audiences.

Intimate understanding of design, copy, and web best practice guidelines.

Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts.

Strong experience in leading and developing creative concepts & production creative.

Experience leading large volumes of creative production work.

Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time.

Ability to stay unflappable when pressures climb.
