Responsibilities
Serve as the brand steward, maintaining the integrity of the brand's voice, visual identity, and messaging.
Lead the development and execution of Rugiet’s brand strategy, with an always evolving and iterating mindset while designing for best-in-class at all touch points.
Champion the brand both internally and externally, ensuring that all departments are aligned with the brand’s vision and values.
Create brand noise through activations, partnerships, and relevant cultural moments, putting Rugiet at the center of Men’s Health and confidence.
Oversee compelling content creation across all channels, including digital, print, and social.
Brainstorm conceptual ideas with creatives and help bring them to life.
Guide and direct the creatives and designers in developing innovative campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
Hands-on oversight in the design and production of key creative assets, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and creativity.
Experience working in Figma and the Adobe suite is a must.
Inspire and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, growth, and sales, to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment that work towards shared KPIs.
Master the delivery of great feedback to creatives
Support the digital product team to ensure an on-brand, customer-first, and conversion-driven experience.
Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies and freelancers, ensuring they deliver on-brand and on-brief.
Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer behavior to keep Rugiet at the forefront of the market.
Use insights to inform brand strategy and creative direction, ensuring relevance and resonance with our audience.
Balance big-picture thinking with the ability to execute on the ground level, ensuring that no detail is overlooked.
Be ready to dive into the details and get your hands dirty—whether it’s diving into tweaking a design, writing copy, or brainstorming new product ideas.

Required
Proven experience (5+ years) in brand management, creative direction, or a related field, preferably within the health, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to build and scale brands through innovative and effective creative strategies.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a creative team.
A deep understanding of consumer psychology and market dynamics, with a focus on the men’s health and wellness market.
Strong hands-on design and content creation skills, with proficiency in relevant tools and software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
A passion for the mission of Rugiet and a deep understanding of the brand’s potential to change lives.
