Responsibilities
Lead the entire design lifecycle, from brainstorming and wireframing to delivering polished designs and interactions.
Clearly communicate each stage of the design process to clients, directors, team managers, and stakeholders, effectively bridging the gap between design concepts and technical implementation.
Provide detailed explanations of the technical requirements for automating design processes into code.
Maintain, update, and enhance the design system and existing code repository to ensure high performance, security, and scalability.
Continuously add new designs and code features to improve the repository's robustness.
Master the Optikka platform to identify and optimize user experience and observe patterns.
Provide actionable feedback and collaborate with platform developers to optimize user experience.
Conduct user experience experiments and advocate for design improvements to enhance overall platform usability.
Stay informed about current trends in design, technology, and user experience.
Integrate cutting-edge solutions and innovations into projects to maintain a competitive edge.
Serve as a key liaison with clients to understand their visual design requirements and translate their vision into innovative design templates.
Implement corresponding code that aligns with the approved design concepts, ensuring a seamless integration between design and development.

Required
Comprehensive expertise in Computer Science, Graphic Design, UX/UI, and Web Media Development.
Proven experience in visual communication, graphic design, and UX/UI design and development.
Proficiency in JavaScript with an understanding of web technologies and frameworks.
Skilled in design and prototyping tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Blender(3D), TouchDesigner, Figma, or similar.
A diverse portfolio showcasing a range of web and digital design projects that emphasize both creative innovation and technical coding proficiency.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record of thriving both independently and within collaborative team environments.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
