Responsibilities

Develop clear and concise copy for a range of marketing materials across digital channels.

Leverage technical and scientific information to create accessible and compelling content for a diverse audience.

Work closely with the marketing team to gather information and ensure accuracy in messaging.

Maintain and uphold the brand’s voice, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.

Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and adherence to style guidelines.

Ensure that all copy complies with relevant industry regulations and standards, including those related to life sciences promotional marketing.

Required

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Life Sciences Marketing, Healthcare or Life Science Advertising Agency)

Proven experience as a copywriter or content lead within life sciences at an Agency

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to distill complex information into clear, engaging content

Familiarity with life science industry regulations and guidelines governing promotional marketing

Proficiency in using content creation tools and promotional platforms (e.g., Adobe, e-wizard, Veeva)

Willingness to be on-site 40-60% of the time in Princeton, NJ

Preferred

Ability to work in an environment with rapid change and ambiguity

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Familiarity with design or content authoring software

Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
