Responsibilities

Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to ensure that projects are correctly submitted and briefed to the Creative team.

Maintain and manage project management tools and processes to improve communication and efficiency.

Identify, communicate and support the mitigation of project risks to ensure that quality and timelines are met.

Oversee the management of creative assets, ensuring proper accessibility from internal and external partners.

Monitor department workloads and support Brand Studio leaders in allocating teams to maximize productivity.

Assess and communicate staffing needs and manage external resources as required.

Track resource utilization and project progress for strategic decision-making.

Create and analyze operational performance reports.

Organize departmental status meetings and provide regular reports to department leads.

Assist the Sr. Managing Director with budget management, documentation, and tracking.

Establish and maintain processes to ensure smooth internal operations and encourage collaboration with other teams.

Required

5+ years of experience in project management or creative operations, preferably in a creative or internal agency.

Strong understanding of creative production processes.

Demonstrated expertise in evaluating work requests and creative briefs, pinpointing gaps, and implementing effective strategies to gather necessary information prior to project kick off.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and remote working tools (e.g., Google Suite, Zoom, Slack).
