Responsibilities
Develop and implement creative social media strategies tailored to our clients’ goals.
Create, edit, and post engaging multimedia content, including videos, photos, graphics, and written posts, across multiple platforms.
Infuse unique cultural elements and trends—especially within urban and creative industries—into content to enhance audience engagement.
Collaborate with videographers, photographers, and other team members for on-location shoots and content production.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies.
Stay current on social media trends, platforms, and cultural moments to keep our clients at the forefront of their industries.

Required
2+ years of social media management or content creation experience.
Proven ability to craft engaging content and drive results across platforms.
Strong understanding of social media trends and creative storytelling.
Passion for or expertise in hip-hop culture—music, dance, art, or fashion.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Preferred
Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) or graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop)
