Responsibilities
Complete applications in a timely manner according to specific requirements for provider credentialing
Track progress and notify internal and external customers to ensure timely completion of credentialing
Ensure all provider certifications, licensures, insurances, and malpractice histories are complete and updated
Lead the credentialing and provider enrollment processes and functions
Complete payer enrollment tasks in EPIC and perform other assigned duties

Required
Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred, with affiliation to Professional Credentialing Associations desirable
Minimum of two (2) years of credentialing experience required
Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare billing experience required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and knowledge of CAQH software is essential
Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively
Preferred
Experience in working within a large healthcare system
Familiarity with various insurance companies and their credentialing processes
Previous experience in a healthcare administrative role
