Responsibilities
Assist applicants in submitting documentation necessary for initial and recredentialing applications
Serve as a liaison throughout the onboarding phase of new customers and during the post-go-live period
Maintain an accurate physician database and assist with data validation and cleanup projects
Communicate regularly with applicants and RHMs to fulfill credentialing criteria within specified timeframes
Perform file audits and provide feedback on credentialing files to ensure compliance with policies

Required
Minimum of two years of post-high school education, training, or experience
Two years of work experience in a healthcare environment with knowledge of hospital settings and managed care organizations
Previous credentialing experience is required
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information effectively
Knowledge and experience with database organization and management, and proficiency in Windows-based software
Preferred
Associates degree in health administration or a related field
Current CPCS and/or CPMSM eligibility by the National Association Medical Staff Services
Strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment
