Responsibilities
Conduct thorough credit analyses and make informed decisions based on your findings
Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in credit analysis processes
Utilize various tools and software to maintain and update customer credit records
Identify and escalate any issues or discrepancies in credit information

Required
6+ months experience in a loan processing Customer Service Credit Analyst role or similar required
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting
Proficiency in interpreting and applying written policies and procedures
Salesforce CRM
MUST BE IN OHIO
Familiarity with loan processing, financial statements, tax documents, and payroll
Experience working in a production-based, remote environment
Passion for delivering a great customer experience
Proven track record of excelling in a metric-based environment
BA/BS degree, Associates degree, or equivalent work experience is required
