Responsibilities
Fundamental credit analysis of both Loan & HY issuers to assess the risks of current portfolio positions and potential new investments.
Investment recommendations across a range of account types with supporting written investment memos and financial models.
Relative value analysis of potential investments versus alternative options within and across industry sectors.
Frequent communication with portfolio managers, traders, senior management teams, and other buy-side analysts.

Required
Bachelors degree in Finance or a related field
CFA or working towards CFA desired
Target candidate will have 2-5 years of credit analysis or relevant experience
Leverage Loan / High Yield experience is preferred
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Bloomberg
Developed understanding of financial and accounting concepts with the ability to build and maintain financial models
Enthusiasm for the financial markets and investment management
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to perform independently in a fast-paced and changing environment
Ability to manage several tasks in an organized and efficient manner
Preferred
