Responsibilities

Train on Credit menus within CAMS/AS400, SAP, and ON-DEMAND to review customer accounts and check prior orders.

Learn payment channels and their requirements.

Establish credit limits up to $35,000 for customers using guidelines and criteria.

Identify trends for common account discrepancies.

Reconcile, notify, and collect on delinquent accounts.

Communicate with customers to resolve balances, update information in the database, and perform other routine tasks.

Follow up with customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts and explore negotiation options.

Required

High school diploma or GED and 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service, banking industry, other financial services institution or a similar customer-facing role.

Basic knowledge of credit and collections terms, concepts and practices preferred.

Knowledge of email, Microsoft Word and Excel; search functionality and typing required.

Preferred

Prior experience with CAMS/AS400 and SAP is preferred.
