Responsibilities

Build customer management infrastructure for Empower’s new Credit Card product, including: credit limit increase policies, loss mitigation policies and tools, broad tests to optimize the future business, valuations models, customer management score models (in conjunction with Empower’s Data Science team), automated systems to monitor business performance.

Collaborate effectively with: Finance to ensure the work fits into the broader company strategy, Product and Marketing to ensure we keep customers engaged with the product, Operations and External Vendors to ensure seamless execution of loss mitigation strategies, Data Infrastructure to ensure sound data quality used for analytics.
