Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the Asset Management Software Solutions to provide accurate support.
Provide technical assistance to CAM system users and help to resolve any technical problems they may encounter.
Triage questions arising from Backshop Team Captains using the support ticketing system.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems that arise through the triaging and elevate issues that need additional resourcing.
Communicate solutions and close out support tickets in the support ticketing system.
Provide training and training guides to end users and Silverskills (SSL) users as new functionality is rolled out.
Host training calls as needed.
Respond to user inquiries regarding Lucro, SSL, Strategy, Salesforce entries related to the Asset Management systems.
Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal functionality of the Asset Management systems. This includes monitoring the daily Triview Validations, Interface Results, and Backshop Admin Space Power BI reporting.
Research system validation flags in the systems of records or via the interface files.
Resolve system validation flags either directly in the system of record, or request collaboration from other departments. Follow up until resolved.
Deliver weekly workflow reminder emails to CAM users to ensure compliance with set up requirements per Trimont's policies and procedures.
Monitor SSL engagements (involving Asset Management Apps) for accuracy and adherence to turnaround time per agreements.
Provide immediate technical assistance to SSL for Backshop and Lucro inquiries.
Host bi-monthly check-in sessions with SSL to report identified process issues and train on resolutions and new enhancements.
Assist in the Asset Management App configuration changes according to company specific requirements.
Test functionality in the Staging, Test and Production environments when enhancements and bug fixes are released.
Document all technical issues and solutions in a timely and accurate manner.
Perform ad-hoc system cleanup initiatives in CAM Platforms.
Perform Lucro administrative duties including the creation and deletion of users and the population of custom fields.
Collaborate with the Lucro Development Team in testing functionality in the Test and Production environments in Lucro.
Research and assemble pertinent backup and data as required per Trimont's internal audits.

Required
Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with experience using Backshop.
Strong understanding of commercial real estate software systems.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
Familiarity with cloud-based systems and platforms.
Knowledge of IT best practices and an ability to troubleshoot various IT issues.
