Responsibilities
Provides direction and leadership for a team of Credit Portfolio Managers.
Has responsibility for managing credit account relationships, directly and/or through team members, by successfully closing new business relationships and retaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.
Takes a leadership role in all aspects of underwriting loans, managing credit portfolios, credit risk and responding to prospect or customer needs.
Assures that credit quality is maintained in assigned team portfolios.

Preferred
Thorough knowledge of credit policies, procedures and terminology
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good negotiation and networking skill and ability
Experience managing people in a wholesale credit environment
Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
