Responsibilities

Monitors, maintains, and verifies merchant information to be utilized with Third Part Vendor Network Credit card system.

Ensures accuracy in data for accurate billing information.

Coordinates the implementation of sales and acquisition programs and campaigns to include the analysis, research and development.

Works with the analysis team to prepare various reports on program opportunities, emerging trends and performance metrics, identifying and communicating key data points needed to drive desired outcomes.

Partnership with communication and marketing teams, develops effective communication programs, collateral and training materials to support growth and expansion of credit products for both customer facing and internal use.

Builds cross functional internal and external relationships to grow program support and advocacy.

Serves as day-to-day representative for communication between partners and the business development group.

Performs other duties as assigned.
