Responsibilities
Analyze data across the critical spares, order management, and logistics operations to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for process improvement.
Assess the full lifecycle of the sparing program, from parts going out for repairs to the return and repair process, ensuring equipment is returned promptly and parts are available when needed.
Identify and track key performance metrics, creating detailed reports on performance and areas for improvement using Power BI, Excel, and other analytical tools.
Evaluate vendor performance, including third-party logistics partners, and collaborate with vendors to address and rectify issues affecting delivery and service performance.
Look at the larger picture to identify opportunities to improve spare part availability, optimize depot locations, and reduce response times.
Proactively monitor and analyze trends in spare part inventory, identifying potential shortages and advising on procurement strategies.
Provide high-level recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of logistics and sparing programs based on data-driven insights.
Work closely with the order management team, providing analytical support and identifying opportunities for operational optimization.
Develop and present performance reports to stakeholders, ensuring the team and leadership are aligned on key actions and goals.

Required
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and identify trends and insights.
Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and other analytical tools for data reporting and visualization.
Experience with logistics, order management, and critical spares lifecycle management.
Ability to work with vendors and third-party logistics partners to address performance issues and drive improvements.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to look at high-level data and recommend actionable solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in performance reporting, identifying actionable items based on data analysis.
Preferred
Experience working in supply chain management, logistics, or inventory management.
Familiarity with spare parts forecasting, procurement, and vendor contract management.
