Responsibilities

Develop and manage the CRM strategy for the Makeready portfolio
Create, implement and oversee dynamic marketing strategy and portfolio calendar
Plan, configure and monitor email marketing campaigns and drive revenue growth strategy opportunities
Manage internal and external stakeholders with a thoughtful and professional nature
Implement testing strategies to optimize marketing techniques
Oversee the implementation, management and success of the Loyalty program

Ownership and insight of the Loyalty program to create long-lasting guest experiences
Develop and manage the CRM strategy for the Makeready portfolio
Create, implement and oversee dynamic marketing strategy and portfolio calendar
Plan, configure and monitor email marketing campaigns and drive revenue growth strategy opportunities
Manage internal and external stakeholders with a thoughtful and professional nature
Implement testing strategies to optimize marketing techniques
Oversee the implementation, management and success of the Loyalty program
Excellent eye for detail during copywriting and editing for digital content
Proven oversight of data analysis and reporting

Preferred

Prior experience as a leader in the email marketing and /OR CRM space; preferably with a hospitality entity
Experience with enterprise-level largescale email marketing/CRM software
