Responsibilities
Assist the CRM Manager and CRM Functional Consultant with the daily administration of the Dynamics 365 Sales CRM system.
Provide technical support to users, addressing and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Collaborate with the CRM Manager and Functional Consultant to identify system needs and propose improvements.
Assist in the development and implementation of customizations and configurations to meet business requirements.
Participate in testing and quality assurance for new features and updates.
Support initiatives related to CRM best practices and stay updated on new features and enhancements.
Coordinate CRM-related projects, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and align with organizational goals.
Assist in tracking and reporting on project milestones and deliverables for CRM updates and enhancements.
Evaluate existing workflows and recommend improvements to enhance CRM efficiency and user experience.
Lead initiatives to refine data management and entry processes based on best practices.
Facilitate alignment between the CRM system’s capabilities and the operational needs of departments, including sales, marketing, and engineering project teams.
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment of objectives.
Support change management efforts related to CRM system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
Work with internal teams to train users on process changes and provide ongoing support during transitions.
Coordinate with the CRM Functional Consultant to execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and ensure new features meet user needs.
Coordinate with IT to review and provide guidance on security roles and permissions to align with organizational changes and compliance requirements.
Work with the Business Apps team and other departments to determine security role assignments within Dynamics 365 Sales, ensuring appropriate access levels.
Assist in training end-users on CRM best practices, functionalities, and new features.
Develop and maintain user training plans, guides, and materials.
Build and manage training content in the LMS system (Schoox).
Offer ongoing support to users, addressing questions and providing solutions to enhance their CRM experience.
Monitor and manage CRM-related tickets and issues in ServiceNow, providing user follow-up and assistance.
Monitor and manage data imports, exports, and support system migrations.
Ensure data entry processes adhere to company standards and CRM best practices.
Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into CRM usage and effectiveness.
Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system by setting up validation rules and automated checks.
Import and export data for enrichment, validation, and maintenance.
Provide training and support to users on best practices for data entry and management to ensure high data quality.
Work closely with the CRM Manager and Functional Consultant to implement business requirements effectively.
Coordinate with other departments to gather feedback and ensure CRM solutions align with overall business objectives.
Facilitate effective communication between teams to support CRM initiatives.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM processes, configurations, and customizations.
Prepare and present reports on CRM performance, user adoption, and improvement initiatives to management.
Support the Sales Ops Manager with analysis and reporting for the organization.
Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and other departments to support marketing automation efforts and direct marketing campaigns.

Required
Proven experience in supporting CRM systems, including administration, technical support, and user training.
Ability to assist in system development and enhancement, including customization and testing.
Strong skills in managing security roles and permissions within CRM systems.
Experience in data management, including imports/exports, data integrity, and reporting.
Effective collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of working closely with various departments.
Competency in developing training materials and providing ongoing user support.
Experience with documentation and reporting related to CRM performance and improvement initiatives.
Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
