Responsibilities

Data Maintenance & Quality Control: Regularly clean and correct duplicates across company, office, and contact entries to maintain database accuracy.

Information Lifecycle Management: Handle data creation, organization, utilization, remediation, secure storage, and proper elimination as per our data governance policies.

Data Accuracy & Integrity: Ensure CRM data is timely, accurate, complete, and consistent, supporting firm-wide initiatives.

User Proxy Management: Manage and update proxy assignments, adjusting for hires, departures, and assistant changes to ensure smooth data access and permissions.

Alumni Tracking: Update and monitor information on alumni contacts, preserving valuable relationships.

Data Quality Automation (DQA): Utilize signature scraping tools to analyze, gather, and process data for uniformity and style adherence.

Contact-Company Associations: Verify that contacts are accurately associated with the correct companies to enhance relationship tracking.

Email Management: Address bounced emails, manage unsubscribes, and ensure the CRM reflects current communication preferences.

Data Updates & Transfers: Update missing information for contacts and companies and facilitate data transfers from external systems.

User Access & Data Imports: Track user access, manage data imports for manual relationships, and create new contact lists as needed.
