Responsibilities

Support CRM leadership increase throughput by executing campaigns (in Braze) and measuring results (in Amplitude).

Within Braze, manage audience segments, set triggered campaigns that are cross-platform, and set up customer journeys.

Ingest learnings from campaigns to provide recommendations on iterative tests, by providing hypothesis and how we plan to measure / validate success.

Partner with design team to share direction for campaigns and work through iterations to create assets.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and CRM.
