Responsibilities

Assist with data entry and ongoing maintenance to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of member information in Salesforce.

Process new member/patient information and payments in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.

Ensure member data is correctly transferred and updated between Salesforce and Athena, Sollis Health’s EHS, to support a smooth onboarding experience.

Assist the Member Services team with renewals, account updates, and payment processing.

Partner with the Corporate and Medical Partnerships teams to ensure members have successful onboarding and proper invoicing.

Provide training and support to team members, helping them understand Salesforce functionalities and best practices.

Participate in ad-hoc projects related to Salesforce implementation, upgrades, and enhancements, contributing ideas and support as needed to achieve project objectives.

Ensure operational best practices are followed and contribute to process improvements across the Membership team.

Support with special projects and additional duties as needed, promoting cross-functional collaboration.

Performs related duties as requested.
