Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM database to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer information.
Support the segmentation of customer data for targeted marketing campaigns and personalized communication.
Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of CRM campaigns (email, text and loyalty) to drive customer engagement and retention.
Maintain the email, SMS and loyalty promotional calendar.
Responsible for overseeing email and text performance to improve open rates, click-through rates and conversion as well as overall database health.
Drive continued optimization of email and SMS marketing programs including A/B testing, segmentation, personalization, triggered programs and transactional messaging.
Pull relevant links and add tracking codes on all email and SMS assets for e-commerce, restaurant and event support for promotional offers and lifecycle marketing.
Assist in developing best usage of third-party capabilities to improve email performance (cart abandonment in email, product selection, custom content, etc).
Optimize emails for both desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
Oversee daily email and SMS operations, coordinate email production and QA processes to ensure emails are accurate and deployed on time.
Coordinate the creative updates for emails and text messages.
Make updates to CRM tools, including but not limited to language, creative and design.
Gather data from different dashboards and reporting tools (PowerBi, HubSpot, Paytronix) and distribute reports on a regular basis.
Maintain and update restaurant directories through various partners.
Ensure all CRM activities comply with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
Monitor and track competitor emails and text messages.
Assist in all marketing efforts during grand openings/dual locations.

Required
3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in restaurant, fast-casual, QSR or retail.
Strategic thinker with some experience in email and SMS marketing.
Collaborative partner who demonstrates empathy and actively works together to solve problems.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and change and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Action oriented and willing to do what it takes to make things successful.
Strong drive and sense of urgency.
